  1. Change is not only inevitable but it is necessary. Often, it is our inability to appreciate this fundamental tenant that causes us stress and anxiety. The key, to me, is to be emotionally and physically flexible and amenable to both Miroslav and macro level change. Otherwise, we would still be wearing fig leaves, living in caves, sitting in the dark, eating raw food, and dying very young from preventable diseases and malnutrition. In the long arch of time since earth was formed, change has been good. Except for that part about extinguishing the dinosaurs!
